La nostra struttura

Il B&B Al Convento è una storica residenza situata nel rione “Sasso Caveoso”. La dimora era un tempo proprietà della comunità ecclesiastica, e i suoi ambienti risalgono al sec. XI – XVIII.

Le camere scavate nella roccia hanno ingresso indipendente e sono fornite di riscaldamento, bagno indipendente, frigo, wi-fi.

Le 4 camere sono matrimoniali e anche a uso singolo, con 8 posti letto.

Le camere sono state restaurate per poter accogliere nel comfort migliore i nostri ospiti che si pongono come meta la visita ai Sassi di Matera e territori limitrofi.

Il B&B Al Convento è situato in Ponte San Pietro Caveoso n.30,  una zona tranquilla adatta ad un periodo di relax , a due minuti dal centro cittadino e da tutte le zone turistiche e di svago della città: musei, cinema, teatro, ristoranti, wine bar ecc…

The B&B Al Convento deserves 5 stars for the rooms and the location for the service even more. The owners are very kind, nice and friendly. We had a great time right away. In the rooms you can breathe the antiquity of the place, the walls are all made of tuff with many holes and niches, spectacular! We stayed in the suite with a double bed and two single beds. The shower and tub/pool are top notch with chromotherapy. I recommend you come to Matera and stay here at Al Convento.

Great experience! Felt at home and obligated to the hospitality of Mima and Enzo. Awesome cave room with cisterna inside the room, and incredible breakfast. Hope to visit again.

Definitely one of the best hotel experience of my life! Enzo and his wife are super friendly and will tell you everything about Matera! The rooms are just the experience you want to have in Matera. We were super lucky and due to overbooking we have been given the suit! It was just a dream!!
